Hello and welcome! I’m a user experience ninja armed with a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction and a love for creating delightful experiences. My background is in developing and designing websites for organizations, and now I’m combining my love for computers and my interest in psychology to create innovative, usable sites that engage people. I dig into everything from analytics to usability to ethnography to figure out what users need, and I deliver results that make sense.
